We strive to make every patient at McKee Family Dentistry feel comfortable in their care — whether they’re returning or new patients. We are always pleased to welcome more of our Loveland neighbors into our office to keep our generations of patients growing.

Please know every experience at our office is designed with your best interests in mind. Our genuine, gentle style of dental care is based on honesty and high quality work that’s comprehensive and always comfortable.

First Visit Experience

Your first visit is one of the most important visits you will ever have with us. It starts with a time to get to know you. We call this part of the visit a “new patient interview” because we want to hear what you have to say. We will collect your medical history, but we also want to hear all about your specific needs and concerns.

Next you will have a visit with one of our hygienists to take a look at your overall oral health. We check your gums, screen for oral cancer, take x-rays if necessary, and get an overall idea of what is going on in your mouth.

Then you have a chance to visit with your doctor. He will talk to you about your main concerns, chief complaints, and problems with previous dental work, and continue your thorough, gentle examination. We do a soft tissue/oral cancer screening, orthodontic assessment, check your occlusion and TMJ, and evaluate your teeth.

Once your comprehensive exam is completed, we will go over our findings with you and make a plan for how you want to proceed.

Amenities/Comforts

Your comfort and wellbeing means everything to us. Our office is designed to be a soothing environment for the whole family, with reception areas designed specifically for families. You’ll never have to stand and wait while we work at the front desk – it is reserved for greeting our patients and helping them get settled. Help yourself to some water from our glass-front fridge if you are thirsty and never hesitate to ask if you need anything at all. Once you are in the chair, we offer soothing blankets, neck pillows, and aromatherapy diffusers to help you feel at home.

Payment Options/Insurance

We strive to always keep our fees affordable for everyone, and we also work with a number of insurance companies, including Delta Premier, FEP, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. If we are not in your network, we can help you file your paperwork and maximize your benefits. We also offer financing through CareCredit with nine to 12 months 0% interest.
